Storyline

It's an Indian summer of the heatwave variety in Boston. Carla is concerned since she's conceived all of her children during Indian summers. Not only does she become more fertile, but she also, like a dog, goes into heat in more ways than one. Meanwhile, the news media is reporting a rumor that Robin has a mystery woman in his life, for whom he gave up his freedom and fortune. Rebecca is happy to be kept out of the spotlight, but she doesn't have to worry. Jeanne-Marie Beaulieu, the chargez d'affaires with the French consulate and Robin's old girlfriend, comes forward as the mystery woman. Rebecca is incredulous, especially when the stories become more sensationalistic. But the last straw for Rebecca is when Jeanne-Marie gets a spot on Arsenio Hall's talk show, becoming a national celebrity. Rebecca starts to doubt if she is/was Robin's true love. She can't ask Robin directly since she feels like she needs to trust Robin who supposedly gave up his fortune and freedom for her. She has ... Written by Huggo

Quotes

Rebecca Howe: I mean the only thing that really does matter is that I am Robin's true love. It actually makes it more romantic because we're the only ones who know.
Norm Peterson: Except for us.
Woody Boyd: And I kind of told my Mom in Hanover.
Rebecca Howe: You know what I mean. It's sort of like a secret Valentine between me and Robin.
Norm Peterson: ...and us.
Woody Boyd: ...and my Mom.
Rebecca Howe: Woody, who cares if your Mother knows? I mean, who is she going to tell?
Woody Boyd: Are you serious? She has choir practice tonight. Once she gets a cup of coffee in her, those old biddies will bleed...

Where Nobody Knows Your Name (#9.4)
18 June 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

There are rumors in the press that Robin gave up his fortune for a woman. Rebecca is worried they will get to her. But then Jeanne-Marie Beaulieu comes out and claims that she is the woman. Rebecca is upset because Jeanne-Marie Beaulieu becomes a star. When Robin denies it the press doesn't pay that much attention to it.

Finally after the three episode where they were bring it all where it belongs we get an episode of usual Cheers level. Rebecca demolishing everything was great to watch. It had also some fun moments in the prison.

And the side story of Carla was pretty fun as well, especially her even being attracted to Cliff!
