Diane is doing some part-time teaching at the college and tells Sam that one of her students is falling in love with her. The problem is that she prides herself on being attracted to men solely on their inner beauty, but this guy, whose name is Lance Apollonaire, is drop dead gorgeous which is stirring animal passions in her. He is also young and a student. Sam thinks she is making this story up to make him jealous, especially with such a made up name as Lance Apollonaire. Is Lance real or a figment of Diane's "let's make Sam jealous" mind? Meanwhile, Cliff has reached one of his goals in life, that to become a member of a lodge called Knights of the Scimitar. He wants to invite all the guys into the lodge as well, they all really not wanting to join. He does eventually talk Norm into joining as it's a good place to make business contacts.
