Storyline

Diane's oldest and dearest friend, Heather Landon, has just moved to Boston. Diane wants Heather and Sam to become as good friends as Diane is with each of them. Diane gets her wish as Heather likes Sam. However, Sam construes Heather's friendliness toward him as not so harmless flirting. In other words, Sam thinks Heather is hitting on him, and tells Diane as much. Diane, who doesn't believe it, wants to clear the air and in turn directly asks Heather. Heather, not offended by the question from her friend, says that she would never risk her friendship with Diane over a man. Sam is relieved at Heather's admission and is looking forward to having a beautiful woman as just a friend, a first in his life. Just Three Friends (#2.11)
7 May 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Diane's best friend since grade school, Heather, moves to town and comes to meet her at the bar. Sam thinks she is hitting on him, Diane first doesn't believe it but when Carla pretends that it is true she starts get worried. And at the dinner when the three of them eat together she gets mad at Heather, but it all ends well.

A good episode. First of all I like how they made it at the end that Heather had no bad intentions. Nice to see a female friendship not ed because of a man.

And of course a lot of laughter. Coach was at his best as always with the dog and his nicknames.
