Storyline

Despite Lilith's hesitance, Frasier asks Sam to babysit Frederick, the first time Sam's done so. At the Crane household, Sam and Frederick are having a great time, until Frederick locks himself in the bathroom. Without a bathroom key, Sam has to figure out how to get Frederick out of the bathroom and make sure Frederick is OK while he's in the bathroom. In the process, Sam has an unfortunate game of 'musical chairs' with Frederick, the 'chairs' being the playroom, the bathroom, the window ledge outside the playroom and bathroom, the tree outside the playroom, and the ground way, way below. The game is dictated by Frederick's movements. The question becomes will Frederick be OK, and will Sam be OK by the time Lilith and Frasier come home. At the bar, Kelly is working temporarily as a waitress as she needs a work experience to write a school paper. After a while, Rebecca thinks it a good idea for Kelly not to work there as she has caused some disruptions for Woody, including ... Written by Huggo

Trivia

When Sam goes to the bathroom to check on Fredrick, he turns off the TV. But when he goes to the window, the TV is on again. Rebecca says she has been at the bar for "5 years", but it has only been 4. I believe they skipped over a year to hasten Robin's release from prison to end that substory. See more »

Sam Malone: Say, Carla, I'm babysitting tonight. You got any advice for me?
Carla Tortelli-LeBec: Sure. Here's everything you need to know about babies. Remember, you're the boss.
Sam Malone: Yeah.
Carla Tortelli-LeBec: Don't let them give you any lip. And if they start to act crabby, stick a bottle in their mouth.
Sam Malone: Great, OK, great.
[Sam leaves and Kelly, who has just started working as a waitress at the bar, enters]
Kelly Gaines: OK, I'm ready.
Carla Tortelli-LeBec: OK. Here's everything you need to know about customers. Remember, you're the boss. Don't let them give you any lip. And if they ...

Home Malone (#9.25)

Lilith and Frasier go out and need somebody to watch Frederick. They get Sam as the baby sitter. Only he has some trouble doing it. And Kelly gets a job at Cheers because she can't write her paper in sociology about the past job as she never had one, but many people take advantage to her at work.

Sam being the babysitter was a funny storyline! A very sweet baby played Frederick and Sam was great when being interested in Flintstones as well the whole story of door and window getting locked.

Kelly working in the bar was fun as well. I must say Norm seemed way too mean with basically stealing from his friend by not just getting a beer but making Kelly erase his tab.
