Storyline

Sam turned Robin in to the Lillian Board of Directors, and as such, Robin has been indicted for insider trading. Rebecca is standing by Robin, although she, deep in her heart, knows that Robin, in her own words, is going to fry. But at least she has the solace in knowing that Sam, her friend, was not the one who turned Robin in. When she finds out that it was Sam - she finds out when the Lillian Corporation sells the bar back to Sam for $1 (actually 85¢) - Rebecca is livid. She decides to leave Cheers forever and forget it ever existed, and to head off to wherever Robin is. Further acts by the Lillian Corporation, Sam and Robin affect Rebecca's decision concerning her future, until... Written by Huggo

Quotes

Frasier: Well, it's always good to see justice done, but I have to tell you, I hate to think of that poor man in prison. Those wretched places are filled with the worst degenerates, the most worthless dirty scum ever on this planet.
Norm: Frase, why would you say that?
Frasier: Well, I was a prison counselor. You know, very often, I was their only friend.

Cry Harder (#8.26)
13 June 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

After Sam told about Robin, Robin is in trouble. But Sam gets his bar back for less than a dollar. When Rebecca finds it out she is mad at that betrayal and wants to leave, but Robin ran away to another country. She starts working in the bar as a waitress but as her and Sam get closer in the office Robin comes back because he realizes he loves Rebecca.

I am not sure I will like what comes after the ending. I hate the idea of Sam being with Rebecca. And it seems out of place for me that Robin came back risking his freedom out of love for Rebecca. He is not like that nor did he actually love her all that much. And while I am happy for Sammy to have his bar back, I am not too crazy to have the same structure as in Diane times. But we will see what happens now, they can positively surprise us.
