Storyline

Cliff idolizes Weather Channel anchor, Dorothy Boysick, who, annoying to most but endearing to Cliff, has a lisp. Cliff writes her a fan letter, and gets an unexpected reply. Meanwhile, co-owner of the bar, Rebecca, wants to open a tearoom in the pool room. Sam thinks it's a dumb idea, but allows Rebecca to open it on a trial basis, letting her keep it if she clears $500 on her first night. Sam thinks this goal impossible for Rebecca. Things are going very slowly on her trial day, and Rebecca doesn't help her own cause when she chastises Frasier and Lilith, her first and only customers, when they solely order her loss leader, orange pekoe tea. However, things take an up turn for Rebecca when she hijacks and starts selling Woody's chili, which everyone in the bar loves. Cheers Has Chili (#9.21)
21 June 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Rebecca got herself a new idea to make money. She made a tea room instead of the pool room. Sam isn't happy about it and they make a bet that if she makes $500 with it that night she can keep the room. But Sam starts playing dirty especially after the room becomes a success since Rebecca starts selling chili there.

I must admit the episode is a tad boring. It is fun to see Rebecca and Sam having a confrontation right after becoming business partners, but they didn't go very far. No really outrageous moments.

But once again the Cranes were my favorites with going to the tea room, sweet couple.
