Lacking true creativity
2 March 2016 | by See all my reviews

This Checkmate story involves Vera Miles an artist who was once involved with Anthony George who comes seeking help. She dumped George way back when and took up with John Kerr who is another artist.

Both Miles and Kerr are a pair of competent artists who either lack a true creative spark or who have never searched for it in themselves.

Their competence is a commodity sorely needed by Jacques Aubochon who has played some really nasty and ruthless characters on the big and small screen. Aubochon is the real star of this episode, he steals it from both Miles and Kerr and the series regulars.

Nicely crafted story highlighted by Jacques Aubochon.
