The Halliwell sisters are missing their cat Kit that disappeared.
Actually it was stolen by the troubled and lonely teenager girl Aviva,
who has conjured without knowing the evil sorceress Kali to become a
powerful witch. Kali advises Aviva to use Kit to get close to Phoebe,
with the intention of stealing the powers of the Halliwell sisters.
While the silly Phoebe welcomes Aviva, the smart Prue investigates the
girl with her aunt and discloses that she was lured by the evil spirit
of the mirror. She joins her sisters trying to find a means to destroy
"The Fourth Sister" develops three parallel stories: the lead one, very interesting, with the evil Kali luring and possessing Aviva; the second one, also nice, with the troubles in the relationship of Andy and Prue caused by her secret; and the last one, very silly, about the dispute of the unpleasant and inconvenient Phoebe, trying to "steal" the handsome Leo from Piper. My vote is eight.
Title (Brazil): "A Quarta Irmã" ("The Fourth Sister")

The fourth sister is very impressive in how they connect three separate
stories together into one with Aviva finding Kit, bringing her to the
sisters in order to infiltrate their home and the men who are close to
finding out their secret yet are still in the dark. Danielle Harris
stars as the fourth sister, not Paige, who is a lonely teenager after
her mom spends time in jail and unknowingly conjurers up a demon
promising her a family in exchange for taking out one Charmed one. She
was a fresh face and one of my favorite guest stars to appear.
Later in the series it turns out mirrors are a doorway through which demons enter and here we get to actually see how it works making for an excellent creative scary demon to be unleashed. It even features two great moments in the while show where Leo and Andy share a scene together when the popcorn begins to heat up and the sisters checking out Leo which will be revisited in season five. Kit is present, even though we don't find out until cat house, was warning the sisters of pending soon and saved their lives on many occasions.
The fourth sisters opens up possibilities on how strong would the power of four grow, would it weaken the collective bond or work well as the sisters proved on multiple occasions? I know in the comics the premise is revisited again and proved to be to powerful becoming a danger itself until it burns out leaving them helpless.
The fourth sister is a great episode to revisit over and over. The very idea has so many ideas that influence future episodes.

I really enjoy this episode. And the title is kind of a spoiler if you
haven't seen Season 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8, in which Paige is really the
fourth Halliwell sister. But she's technically a Matthews, not a
Halliwell. If you want to be really precise.
In this episode, a young witch, Aviva is being seduced and manipulated by a mirror-bound demon, named Kali. She is controlled into kidnapping the Halliwell's cat, Kit, so that she can return her and convince the sisters that she is one of them. Phoebe is the only one who believes in her pure motives, whilst Piper doesn't really know, and Prue doesn't trust her at all. And she has a good reason not to. Kali convinces Aviva to kill Prue, so that she can take her place. It's quite sad though. Because all Aviva wants is a family who loves and understands her. In the end, Kali takes over Aviva's body, tries to kill the sisters, the sisters freeze Aviva, which only freezes Kali, because good witches don't freeze, and then Prue moves Kali into a mirror and they shatter it, vanquishing her. Then Aviva apologies and they're all friends. And it seems like they left it open for Aviva to come back one day, but she never did.
Fun fact: The woman who plays Aviva's aunt, also plays Phoebe's boss at The Bay Mirror, Elise Rothmans, in Season 4 and upwards.
Fun fact: This is one of the stories that Paige got to witness in her trip through Piper's find, in Season 5.
Fun fact: The address on the missing cat flyer, has a different address then the one we all know and love, 1329 Prescott Street.
Overall, I give this episode a 9 out of 10.
