When the young witch Max is kidnapped by two thieves to use his power to heist a bank, he communicates with Prue through a Ouija Board, and she helps the boy. Meanwhile, Piper is having trouble with the new chef of Quake, and the handyman Leo returns to help the Halliwell sisters to fix the chandelier. When Phoebe sees him floating in the air, he discloses that he is a Whitelighter, the guardian of good witches assigned to protect the Halliwell sisters, and he was not allowed to fall in love for a witch as he did for Piper. He asks Phoebe to keep the secret, while he tries to find the best way to end his relationship with Piper. Written by

Did You Know?
Prue is shown using her power to move multiple objects at once when she cleans up the attic. Previously (and often in future episodes) Prue would only be able to move an object she was looking at/focusing on. See more
Further evidence of the "trick" used in the water glass/ice-cube debacle at Quake with Leo and Phoebe: the water swirls and jets up from the bottom of the glass, creating the only movement of an 'ice-cube', when the water pressure from below is too strong and one of the glass 'cubes' is forced off the pile. Okay. Okay. You don't have to beat it out of me. Leo is a Whitelighter. They're sort of guardian angels for witches. And they're not supposed to get involved with witches. But Leo couldn't help it. He fell in love with you and that broke all the rules and got him in all sorts of trouble. And even though he'll love you forever you will probably never see him again.
What? Phoebe, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Oh god. Don't be so silly.
That's me. Silly.
