Goofs

A "blue moon" is not actually the color blue. A blue moon is an additional full moon that appears in a subdivision of a year: either the third of four full moons in a season, or a second full moon in a month of the common calendar. See more »

The One Where The Sisters Turn Into Beasts...
21 February 2015 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

This is episode is sadly, one of my least favorites from the entire series. It's defiantly in my Bottom 3 episodes. But I still enjoy it, and I still watch it, but I just don't enjoy it as much as the rest of the series.

In this episode, a Blue Moon is rising in San Fransisco. And when the Blue Moon comes, it transforms Piper, Paige and Phoebe into beasts. I'd say a mix between a werewolf, a Wendigo and another vicious animal, one that I can't think of the name. Anyway, they wake up in their attic, after being transformed, having no memory, seeing their new whitelighter, yes, Leo got replaced, injured and bleeding on the floor. They eventually figure out what's happening and they keep themselves from hurting anyone else. They're just thankful that there won't be another Blue Moon anytime soon.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10.
