The sisters must find a way to break an evil romantic curse which turns the good young man Christopher into an owl by day at the moment before his true love, Brooke, becomes a wolf every night, and vice versa, until she forsakes him for the warlock who threw the curse to gain her, but it has one flaw: it won't apply during a solar eclipse, and one is nearing. After Christopher was shot while an owl and nearly died, both lovers are willing to sacrifice themselves for the other, but unlike them Phoebe realizes they may both be saved and together if the Charmes Ones can find and stop the couple in time. Meanwhile Piper and her lover, white lighter Leo, are desperate to get married, which The Powers That Be forbid. Written by KGF Vissers

Did You Know?

There are elements from this episode that follow the happenings of the film "Ladyhawke." Some of which were the curse that was put on the young lovers, the man lover attempting to kill the main villain in order to break the curse and one of the lovers getting wounded by an arrow while transformed as a bird. Prue states that she and Piper were 1 and 3 when Phoebe was born, but when the girls went back in time in "That '70s Episode", little Piper and Prue were much older than 1 and 3 when Patty found out she was pregnant with Phoebe. See more »

A story about two lovers
9 September 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Not one of my favorite episodes. The cursed two lovers and the evil villain take center stage. Christopher and Brooke are a young, beautiful couple yet they are bland from their look, mannerism and the story isn't interesting. Boss isn't fully fleshed out on who or what he is and comes off as goofy. He doesn't leave a lasting impression and before you know it his chapter concludes. My main interest mostly stayed on the sisters or Cole whenever they appeared. I like how selfless they've become and their caring nature. Isn't that what a hero is suppose to be? They finally found a niche that works and have grown close together instead of torn apart by circumstances beyond their control.

I can see why it was created to parallel what is going on in the sisters lives, but it didn't work for me and has been done better before. I really went in with an open mind and felt bored the entire time.
