True Love Never Dies, 28 April 2007
7/10
Author: Claudio Carvalho from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Piper is trying to control her new power, while Phoebe is writing in the Book of Shadows about Cole. Prue is worried with the behavior of Phoebe and also missing a nice boyfriend. When a Banshee - an evil witch that kills those in pain and misery with her sharp scream and is only detected by dogs - attacks a neighbor of The Charmed Ones and Phoebe has a premonition with her next victim, Prue decides to cast a spell to track the Banshee. However, she is transformed in a dog and later she is hit by a car. Meanwhile Phoebes is in pain because of her love for Cole and is attacked and transformed in a Banshee. Without another alternative, Piper summons Belthazor to help her to save Phoebe from her fate.

"Look Who's Barking" is an episode with funny moments. Phoebe finally acknowledges that Raynor cast an spell forcing Cole to kill the witch and in spite of their doomed love, she thinks in another chance to save Cole since true love never dies. My vote is seven.
