Besides the title reference to Enter the Dragon (1973), there is another reference. As Cole is training Phoebe, he tells her "... when I expand you contract, when I contract you expand .." this is the same dialog Bruce Lee made in “Enter the Dragon” when he was explaining his technique to one of his masters near the beginning of the film.

Paige makes a mistake while preparing in a magic potion and accidentally switch bodies with Phoebe, who is training with Cole. Meanwhile, the envious Yenlo abducts his Zen Master and brings him to the Limbo. While buying some herbs, Piper meets Anling, the daughter and successor of Zen Master, that is trying to rescue her father from the other dimension. The sisters help Anling to battle against the evil Yenlo.
"Enter the Demon" is a reasonable episode of "Charmed". Paige learns the importance of the magic potion through the hardest way. My vote is six.
