After the last episode's bad dates, Del proposes to Caroline. She is unsure what to do and Richard is no help as he has a crush on her. As a result he decides to find a new job. The employment counsellor, Maddie, is going through a bitter marriage break-up and seduces Richard. Annie opens Caroline's eyes to Richard's feelings and so Caroline goes around to his place only to find him with Maddie. This changes everything. Written by jem
