Wow....that Lieutenant is pretty dim!

A guy named Gutierrez is just out of prison and he wants revenge on the two cops responsible for shooting his criminal brother. Of course, they had to shoot him because he was committing some nasty crime...but it doesn't matter to the surviving brother. Through most of the episode, he manipulates everyone...though he's amazingly polite. As for the two cops, he kills one. The surviving on, however, turns out to be a real idiot. Instead of getting help, he sets out on his own to bring in Gutierrez!! And, as a result, Cannon has to come in and rescue this idiot.

This episode is filled with silly macho posturing and plot holes. Entertaining...yes...but far from one of the better episodes in the series.
