Storyline

A drive-by shooting on a cigarette boat kills a young mother at a party. The host and the deceased's son correctly identify the shooter as Byron Middlebrook aka B. Slick who decides to defend himself in court. Horatio wants to protect the young boy and decides to exclude him for his own protection, even before the other eye witness is stabbed to death in prison. Written by Ploy P.

When Alexx is examining the body at the scene, she pulls the back of the victims shirt down to reveal the hole in the body where the bullet exited. There is no corresponding hole in or blood on the shirt before the shirt is pulled down. While the blood could have washed away in the water when Delko retrieved the body, there should still be a hole in the shirt. See more »
