Storyline

A drive-by shooting on a cigarette boat kills a young mother at a party. The host and the deceased's son correctly identify the shooter as Byron Middlebrook aka B. Slick who decides to defend himself in court. Horatio wants to protect the young boy and decides to exclude him for his own protection, even before the other eye witness is stabbed to death in prison. Written by Ploy P.
