Storyline

Five corpses are found tied to a stolen yacht's anchor, the crew. Three passengers are found in raft, two survivors claiming the third was killed by a shark, but the bite marks are human. The owner's excuse for not reporting the theft is soon seen trough. The precious cargo comprised illegal rocket launchers, one of which was used for blowing up a Cuban former boat refugee's shop.
