The victim is seen inserting a token twice to open the window. When the window opens the third time, the victim is dead with blood splattered on the window. If he was dead, how did he insert the token and push in the slide to open the window?

Factual errors 

While investigating the case Horatio states that 'there is a reasons why Italians call it 'the little death'' in reference to the man killed at a peep show linking it to the idiom for an orgasm. In actuality, the little death or la petite mort is a French euphemism not Italian.
