Storyline

A stock trading firm's janitor finds option trader Stephen Bremer dead, his throat slit, in his office, next to champagne and stiletto heel traces. He used a laptop, which is gone, to order over a WiFi in a nearby building (to avoid his employer's spy-ware) for $1,000 as 'RoughTrade' prostitute Amanda, who was however on Jason Flager's commercial web-cam at the time of the murder... Meanwhile, Horatio's dirty cop brother Raymond Caine's case is re-opened and eventually solved when Horatio Caine learns Susie Barnam Keaton is arrested shortly after her probation in Indiana for possession of met-amphetamine, which actually belongs to her partner Robert 'Bob' Keaton, with whom she raises 4 year-old Madison, but after she posts his bail Horatio finds the girl is biologically Ray's... Goofs

Eric ask why there is no sound on the web cams. The tech replies that audio takes up too much bandwidth. In fact video takes over 100 times the bandwidth as audio. Therefore the audio for all 40 web cams would take less bandwidth than the video from one of the cameras. See more »

Quotes

Bob Keaton: What is this? Who are you?
Horatio Caine: Bob, we located methamphetamine in a car registered to you, and now you will be detained for questioning.
Bob Keaton: [to Susie] Are you kidding me? Susie, what are you, an idiot for bringing them here? What'd you do, drive up on a curb again, you stupid bitch? I ought to crack your head.
Horatio Caine: Hey. Hey, Bob. The next time you feel like taking a swing at somebody, you start with me. You understand me?

During this episode Horatio must confront his brother's past and death. Horatio goes out to a crime scene and receives a call from a girl who used to run with his brother Raymond while he was working undercover in a Meth case. The girl was found to have Meth in her trunk. Come to find out she was clean but her husband wasn't. Horatio goes with the girl Susie and meets Susie's daughter Madison. Horatio takes a close look at the little girl and recognizes that the little girl looks like his dead brother. Horatio takes a handkerchief that he clean the blood of Madison's cut knee with and has the DNA run. It comes back as a positive result. Horatio digs deeper into the situation and finds out that the Meth that was taken out of Susie's husband's trunk matches the Meth found during the investigation of Raymond's death. Horatio finds out that Susie's husband owned a gun and where he kept the gun which then led to the finding of the gun that killed his brother and Horatio is able to close his brother's murder case for not only himself but also Yelina and Ray Jr.

All and all good CSI fun.
