Storyline
The death of a woman named Mona whose body was dumped in a sand pit leads Grissom and Catherine to a fetish club run by Lady Heather. Since Mona was a dominant, Lady Heather was surprised that her employee was tortured and suffocated to death. This leads Grissom to conclude that the victim was a 'switch', someone who could play both the dominant or the submissive role. Written by

Quotes
Lady Heather:
I told my little girl something when I thought she was old enough to hear it. I said, "Honey, you can give a man a lot of things. You can give him your time, your money, even your heart. But the one thing you can never ever let go of is your power." You have to be able to walk away at any time.

Melinda Clarke is perfectly cast as Lady Heather, local fetish madam and Grissom's new best friend. She drips with sensuality. The scenes between the two of them are playful, yet dangerous. She is the only person that has ever put Grissom on edge, that is fascinating. Heather and Catherine also make a connection, it almost seems like they are ready to go into business together. The plot, about one of Heather's girls coming up dead in a sandbox, is anchored by Kelly Rowan and Mitchel Whitfield as the unhappy couple. They are the definition of dysfunctional. Even though it isn't the creamiest plot, there are plenty of great lines and better than solid guest performances to satisfy.
