Grave Danger: Volume 1

Without watching a single episode of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" I finally decided to get the DVD with the Tarantino episodes. I'm not really into TV series, actually the same day (one week and one day ago) I purchased the DVD with Grave Danger I also purchased Season 1 of "The Wire" so I will be watching (as for today I have seen only the first episode of "The Wire", and is was pretty good by the way) a dramatic TV show for the first time well in years (the last non-animated show I was watching on DVD was "My Name Is Earl" and the last dramatic I think was the mini series "The Last Don" and "The Last Don II") but anyway, I came to this because of Tarantino and I had a very good introduction to "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".

I guess the Tarantino's episodes are not that different from the rest of episodes of the show, this is normal, good stuff that certainly has proved to me that "CSI" can be a terrific show in my book. Let's see, I was obviously introduced to the cast, pretty good acting and very likable characters. Our main guy is played by George Eads and is Nick Stokes; he is our main guy for the investigation of some intestines on the street yet soon I was introduced to other main CSI guys. I was introduced to Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger) and not because the scene moved to the crime lab or because Nick asked for their presence at the scene or something like that but because the officer who was with Nick asked for support since Nick disappeared from the scene of the possible crime. Soon I meet also the likable Warrick Brown (Gary Dourdan), certainly Warrick will be extremely worried for Nick as any other of the CSI guys yet as Nick's partner Warrick knows what happened, why Nick instead of him came to the scene in which the intestines were found and he knows that he could be where Nick is.

So this time a CSI guy is the in great danger, "one million dollars in 12 hours or the CSI dies", certainly we have the CSI guys rushing in order to find anything that can put them closer to Nick, pretty much is all very entertaining, this first part ends leaving you extremely interested, is very effective, a great scene with Nick's kidnapper (played by John Saxon), you will rush to fast forward when the credits of volume 1 appear in the screen.

Grave Danger: Volume 2

I think the most Tarantino moments is in this part and certainly is the
