I guessed the director on the 14th second of the episode, right after the "Bellagio fountains" scene. It's because of the genius soundtrack which perfectly suits Kenneth Fink's style. He usually films the most tragic (e.g. #1.7, #4.3, #4.4) and/or dark episodes. And he is one of the three best directors of the show (along with Richard J. Lewis and Danny Cannon). This episode also shows mutual relations between the team members, consisting of some conflicts, in particular, Sara's envy of Catherine (and Nick, which will be clear a bit later, in episode #4.22). Nick proved to be much wiser than Sara when they were talking about Greg... It seems that she'll never stop behaving like a teenager...At this point, this is one of the best of Kenneth Fink's episodes. Watch it alone in the dark. I particularly liked the "interview with Julie Waters" scene near the ending (especially her equivocal phrase) and the "SWAT" scene, among others.10 for the soundtrack and 10 for the outstanding directing. Recommended for the fans of downbeat movies.
