In the second part of the episode entitled,Ponch's Angels, Jon and Ponch swap trainees.But in the process,Ponch ends up with both when Getraer goes home sick.
They all must work together to shut down the Marina operation and recapture the escaped prisoners.Melanie and Paula study the snatch and grab evidence to help find the suspects. The escapees find their treasure buried in concrete and decide to retrieve it with explosives but they still got managed to get caught in the end.
Despite the fact that both Melanie and Paula got to work with Ponch,the conclusion did not become as interesting as it was suppose to be considering that it could not hold a candle to any Charlie's Angels' episode which happens to have inspired this particular two-part episode as the story became generic,clichéd and predictable.
