Goofs

It has been well established that Ponch is an expert in karate, yet when Ponch fights with Jake Carr in his (Ponch's) apartment, Ponch doesn't use any karate moves or stances. Instead, it looks like a street brawl, and an undisciplined one at that. Ponch has plenty of opportunities to use various objects as weapons (Carr is armed with a pistol), as there are lamps lying around, yet the only thing he used as a weapon is a framed lithograph, which is probably the least effective found-object weapon in the entire apartment. Ponch Held Captive In His Apartment
14 August 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In Hot Date, Ponch gets a postcard telling him his female friend that works as a stewardess,Lori is coming to town. He swaps shift with Linahan. But when he gets home, he finds a guy he and Bobby arrested is waiting for him.He is then held prisoner in his own apartment.Later, Lori shows up and they take her hostage. They threaten to re-arrange her face unless Ponch calls for Bobby. Ponch calls and Grossie answers the phone and pages Bobby.Ponch invites Bobby to come over. That made him suspect something because he knows that yesterday Ponch wanted to be alone. Shortly, the CHP shows up to Ponch's apartment with a bang and saves Ponch and Lori. This is a better episode compared to the previous one entitled,Day Of The Robot as it brings excitement and entertainment especially when Ponch is held captive in his apartment.
