Once Baricza arrives in his cruiser, Ponch proceeds to place the already handcuffed male motorcycle thief in the front passenger seat. Ponch should place him in the backseat, which is secured. From the front seat, the thief could escape, harm the driver, or have access to the shotgun mounted to the dashboard. See more »
