Trivia

Randi Oakes actual blonde hair is a little shorter due to an accidental over moussing which caused it too look like a bouffant which was a popular hairstyle back in 1960's only during three scenes, then changed into a ponytail during the women's self defense class scenes that was filmed during the fall of 1980, and later changed back to it's usual longer length only in two scenes that was filmed during spring 1981. CHP Officers Getting Fooled Endlessly
6 August 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In Anything But The Truth,Jon Baker is partnered once again with Steve McLeish. While Jon and Steve are out on 3-wheel ATCs, a woman hitches a ride and witnesses a robbery. She runs off and hitches another ride, giving the driver a different story.

Later,Baricza finds the witness out on the highway looking for another ride. She gives him another different story. That night, Jon picks up his date, who turns out to be Marcie, the hitch-hiking liar.

Meanwhile,a guy is stealing cars and using them to cause minor accidents with female drivers so that he can rob them. One of the attacks is witnessed by a hitch-hiker, who turns out to be Marcie. The only problem is that she's a compulsive liar.

This episode is funny in the sense that CHP officers can get fooled by compulsive liars endlessly.I don't think that would work at present times.
