Trivia

The two illustrations on the book of art history that Tara gives Buffy and the Slayer opens randomly are the portrait of Henry VIII Tudor, king of England, by Hans Holbein the Younger, and the Ecstasy of Saint Teresa of Avila, by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Both baroque masterpieces. See more »

Goofs

During the Triumvirate's "James Bond" discussion, Jonathan claims that The Living Daylights was "written for Roger Moore". In fact, Moore had announced his retirement from the role of Bond long before work on The Living Daylights began - if written with anyone in mind, it was probably Pierce Brosnan (who had in fact agreed to play Bond in The Living Daylights, but was forced to withdraw due to his contract with TV show Remington Steele). This could be regarded as an intentional error, but it's unlikely that such an apparent James Bond obsessive as Jonathan would make such a mistake. See more »

I dislike the Trio
14 October 2007 | by (Spain) – See all my reviews

Although I'm a great fan of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", I must recognize that sixth season is very disappointing to me. I really hate the Trio. Nothing in them is hilarious to me. I hate a lot Warren. I hate Andrew and I don't like the idea of Jonathan as main character. To my eyes, these three are the worst "bads" of all seven seasons. Nothing to see with Glory, The Master, Spike and Drusilla. The Trio has no "glamour" and they seems have a kind of parody that I don't find at all. I think too that Joss Whedon had a big mistake with the departure of main characters very nice to me, as Riley, Tara, and also Giles, who was not yet a regular member of the cast, since the sixth season. I have would like that the relationship between Riley and Buffy continue during that season. Also, Marc Blucas is very better actor that the Trio together. With the Trio, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", lost his magic and it became a kind of self-parody. By the way, I will continue being in love with "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". Sorry for my bad English.
