While waiting for a train, Budgie is bored and decides to steal a light bulb from the waiting room. A light bulb!
A passing policeman, Inspector Shepherd gives him a talking to about the futility of stealing a bulb and the jail time he would do for such a minor theft.
In the waiting room, Budgies gets reacquainted with Inga. She was the stripper who used to work for Charlie Endell. Note the title of the episode!
Now Inga makes a living doing shoplifting. Before long, Budgie is having an affair with Inga, going shoplifting and she claims that she is up the duff.
Things get worse. Hazel is also pregnant and she is suspicious of Budgie's behaviour. Once again Budgies threatens to knock Hazel out when she accuses him of having an affair.
The penultimate episode sees both Hazel and Inga going to a clinic to see if they are both pregnant. A clinic Charlie Endell has a stake in.
It also sees Charlie Endell taking his wrath out on Budgie. A gift for Mrs Endell turned out to be nicked. Mrs Endel was detained at the store the goods were stolen from.
Looks like Laughing Spam Fritter will have to dole out another beating.
