A curious case, and fairly done.

Two teenagers are killed on a beach by a stranger, with no reason, no reason at all; at least at first sight. But our lead cops investigate. And they will be lead to something involving a professional killer named Scorpio and played here by Richard Lynch. The scene when he is dressed as a nun and when he kills a witness in a police station, this scene is terrific. And another mysterious man is also in this case, a sort of South American rich man, former Minister of Finances, played by Fernando Lamas. He may be behind many things here. When you see Fernando Lamas in a movie or a series, he always sounds like an evil character, believe me. And permit me to get back on the killer character, who is also a master in disguise. You have here an interesting twist ending, unusual in the series, so far.
