A dedicated nurse who is devoted to her patients administers what turns out to be a lethal dose of morphine to an elderly patient. Even though a doctor signed off on the dosage, an embittered co-worker and the deceased's family accuse her of deliberate murder for gain as the frail patient included her in his will two days before his death. Although it is Henry's case, Cleo appoints herself lead counsel with a personal reason for preventing him from pursuing legal action against a prominent tabloid which seems to be prejudicing the case.
