During the trial about media bias, video clips of the documentary "Outfoxed" were played by opposing counsel to prove the bias of the news outlet that was being censored by the school principal. In reality the clips would be inadmissible hearsay, the proffering of which would certainly have been vigorously opposed by Ms. Schmidt and Mr. Shore. But neither objected. See more »
