Practical jokes are good........sometimes
23 July 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Another noteworthy episode which we see Henry and Kip literally switch roles. One boring afternoon, the boys are dropping water balloons on unsuspectings walking on the street below from their apartment window. One of the balloons hits a black limousine and Secret Service agents burst into the apartment with guns drawn placing Kip and Henry under arrest because they hit Richard Nixon's car. After their release, they are followed by the Secret Service wherever they go. Kip is so upset by this he thinks that practical jokes are the cause and next time they might not be so lucky. Henry continues to try to keep the mood light with help from Sonny, Isabel and Amy but Kip is adamant. Finally after realizing how dull his life has become Kip comes back around. This is one of the few episodes with Peter Scolari actually getting the funny lines which works very well.... and it was probably a nice rest for Hanks too.
