Bob and the Peeper are released by the two police women who had falsely arrested them for solicitation because the officers did not "read them their rights." However, failure to read someone their constitutional rights only invalidates a conviction, not an arrest, and only if the conviction was based on a confession given before the person convicted was informed of their right to remain silent. Bob and the Peeper had confessed to nothing and in fact had loudly proclaimed their innocence, so the issue of whether or not they had been read their rights was irrelevant.
