Revealing mistakes 

After Lord Smedley/The Scarlet Pimpernel dies of poisoning in the dungeon, his chest can be seen moving as he breathes.

When Le Comte De Frou Frou (a.k.a. The Scarlet Pimpernel) punches Baldrick, there is a large gap between his fist and Baldrick's face - yet Baldrick still appears to be hurt and falls down.
