Marshal Scott is not happy about the man who just rode into Latigo. Apparently the man is an ex-convict who personally deceived Scott. No matter what he's believed about the law in the past he's ready to make an exception and make this man leave! But the man's wife is three months pregnant and having a hard time. He refuses to leave her, even after Scott gives him an hour!

Add to this mix the fact that two outlaw just rode into town, and we have a pretty juicy story. Ty Northrop has a tough decision to make.

Nora also reveals another secret from her past.

Ty Northrup has ridden into town with his ill wife. Marshal Gib Scott does not want Northrup around orders him to move on.

Clay Culhane and Clay Culhane take pity on his wife and persuade the Marshall to let the couple stay.

It turns out that Northrup was an ex convict who went to jail for a hold up. One that led to the death of the Marshall's colleague.

Northrup is determined to go straight but feels no one will give him a fair shake. When he hears about a heist taking place, Northrup is tempted to take part. It could be easy money.

Maybe his wife or Clay might help Northrup to remain in the right side of the law.

A morality tale in doing the right thing and second chances.
