Umino is madly in love with Usagi, but she doesn't notice him because he is a little nerdy. So, Umino goes to a new fortune teller in town to figure out what he has to do to get her to notice him as more than a friend. Only, the fortune teller puts her magic on him from the Dark Kingdom. She turns all the boys at Usagi's school into misbehaved boys, feeding on the energy they put into doing bad acts.

Usagi wants Motoki, the boy at the Arcade, to notice her as more than a friend. She joins into the fad of seeing a fortune teller - only she sees one that is no longer in style.

Once Usagi learns that a boy she knows has a crush on her - she assumes it is Motoki. She goes after him only to be shot down by Luna.

She seeks help from the new mysterious fortune teller to find out how to get Motoki to notice her, only to discover the reasons behind the boy's strange behavior.

Usagi must juggle dealing with rude boys, her crush, and her duty as Sailor Moon.
