Sisters Sharon and Tracy face the prospect of years together, after their husbands Chris and Daryl are both sentenced to twelve years for armed robbery. Sharon, from a run down council block, moves in with Tracy, who's just bought a massive house in Chigwell.
It's a good start, I'd argue the show would get better, but what this does, is set the scene, introduce the characters, and give us a glimpse of what is to come.
It is amusing, it would become very funny, Dorien is perhaps the best element, you can already see that she's a little scathing and a bit of a snob, the Luke saga starts here.
I watch with a degree of sadness, knowing that we won't be getting any more, and to see the closeness of Quirke and Robson, knowing that they're perhaps not so close these days.
