The strip of tape that Lisa tears off to mount the family photo is much shorter than it is in the closeup shot of her applying the tape to the top edge of the photo.
The wad of pink gum that Lisa looks at while on the plane is much bigger than the portion she steals prior to dropping Rudy's container off at the lab in Washington DC.
After Jaime falls into the quicksand and then pulls herself back out, her clothes are covered from her upper torso all the way down with muck. When she gets to the railroad shed and yard, not only is she then completely dry, her clothes are clean again.
When Jaime goes into the shack to hold off the warden and the police, she barricades the door with large wooden crates. Officers are shown not being able to get through because the crates block the entire doorway. When Oscar arrives and Jaime proves who she is, she runs out the same door but the crates are mysteriously gone.
The tall dead tree that Jaime knocks over to form a bridge across the stream has an obviously-lopped-off-with-a-chainsaw flat upper end on its trunk.
Shimmying twig-cluster on the end of a tree-branch can be seen a moment before Jaime reaches the branch, obviously brushed against by the moving camera-man whom Lindsey Wagner is following through the woods.
In the close-up shot of Jaime using her bionic hand/arm to break into the storage depot, there is an easily-visible (the silverly freshly-cut metal surfaces gleam in the sunlight) clean/straight hacksaw-cut in the lower leg of the door-latch's staple, made to weaken the metal so that the staple will break more easily when Lindsey twists the padlock.
In the first shot of the railroad depot's bent gate as seen by Jaime, there is an easily-visible closeness-blurred second chain-link fence in the near-foreground, obviously showing that the shot is an outside-the-fence view of the opposite side of the fenced-in compound, not the side next to the railroad track where Jaime is, which clearly has no second fence between her and the barbed-wire-topped perimeter fence.
As she approaches the railway storage depot, Jaime's point of view of the perimeter-fence (most of the signs back-to and the bent gate positioned on the right and flexed outwards towards her) is the same as when she is seen walking in through the fence, facing towards the camera. This incorrectly gives the impression that she had previously already walked in through the damaged fence into the station's grounds, and is now walking back out again.
when Jamie is breaking the lock for the phone at the depot, you can clearly see some small cuts on her right hand.
