Harry tells Jaime that the two bad guys had demanded $10,000 to keep his location a secret, but they had really asked him for $20,000. The $10,000 was how much their boss offered for disclosing Harry's location.
Raines & Morgan pose as insurance agents during broad daylight, yet when they are getting into their car afterwards to leave Jaime's apartment, it is obviously a night-shot that's been illuminated with floodlights.
The school bus starts out as an early 60s International Harvester, changes to a mid-60s IH at the garage, then reverts to the earlier model when it arrives at the park.
Jaime's pant-cuff dangles in front of her wrist as she is starting to bend the horseshoe, yet in the subsequent shots of the shoe being bent, the cuff is tucked back out of sight.
While at the restaurant eating, Morgan draws spectacles on Harry's newspaper photo, yet in a subsequent shot of the article when Morgan & Raines are in the hotel room, the picture is unaltered.
The folding side-door of the bus would have been severely damaged (crushed metal, smashed windows) if it had been hit hard enough with Jaime's bionic foot to cleave the huge boulder in two.
After entering the Air Force Base, Stone calls the uniformed man with 3 chevrons a sergeant, but in the Air Force 3 chevrons denotes a Sr Airman while 4 chevrons denotes a Staff Sergeant. The mistake was made because in the Army, 3 stripes denotes a sergeant.
When the school bus stops to let off students after the picnic, the bus's big red warning lights aren't flashing. By law, these flashing lights are required to go on automatically whenever the bus's main door is opened (remember in your own school days, how the bus driver would always crack the bus's doors as he was slowing down for a stop, to make the red lights flash prior to the stop?), so that other traffic will stop to let children on/off the bus more safely.
At around 36:30. After Jaime throws the barrel of oil toward the bad guy he slips and starts to slip feet first. On the following shot from a far angle he is falling head first. Then on the following shot he is falling feet first again.
At around 46:00 after Jaime enters the hanger where Harry is hiding her lips move as if calling out to Harry but no sound can be heard other than the music. it would not make sense to call out when someone with a gun could hear you at shoot you.
As Morgan is speaking to the operator at the motel, he gives a "real" long distance number instead of a "555" number as is supposed to be done in all television shows and movies. This is to prevent moviegoers from making prank calls to a real person who happens to have the same number.
Though he is supposedly a seasoned "veteran" bus driver ("I'm too old for you, Jaime - I drove you to school when you were a teenager!"), Harry does not always use the bus's turn-signals at all of the intersections and corners that he traverses.
As an experienced educator and someone who cares deeply about the well-being of her students and being a good role-model, Jaime would always be sure to wash her hands before handling the hamburger meat.
After she bionically hammers in the horseshoe nails, Jaime does not bend the tips of the nails over to clinch them in place.
Despite his being a "seasoned" bus driver, Harry does not always use the bus's turn-signals at the intersections and corners that he traverses. All public-transportation vehicle drivers are required to be super-vigilant about observing traffic-safety laws, and so surely a 15-year-veteran driver would just automatically use his turn-signals by habit, without even having to think about it.
