Just because the bakery had an anniversary cake for sale, Samantha and Darrin decide to host a small dinner party with the Tates and manufacture an anniversary occasion, it being that of Samantha and Darrin's first date. Endora crashes the party with gift in hand: a painting of a woman that looks like Samantha, but who Samantha claims is her Great Aunt Cornelia. What disturbs Darrin is that it was painted by the Leonardo Da Vinci and is in the exact same style as the Mona Lisa. Being disturbed changes to being horrified when Endora prominently hangs the portrait for the Tates to see, Louise falling in love with it, and she wanting the supposed painter to paint her portrait, that painter who Endora reveals to be Darrin. To get out of this mess, Darrin allows Samantha to use her witchcraft for this one time only to allow him to paint a nice portrait of Louise.
