Storyline

Samantha and Darrin have Darrin's parents, Frank and Phyllis Stephens, and Samantha's mother, Endora, over for a small dinner party. Darrin's father has just retired and is feeling restless in this new phase of life. His extreme cordiality toward Endora makes Phyllis believe that he is making advances toward her. It doesn't help matters that Endora flirts with Frank in an effort to be charming, which makes Frank in turn feel young again. A further misunderstanding leads to Phyllis leaving Frank so that he can pursue Endora without any obstacles. Samantha believes that a little witchcraft to remind her in-laws of happier times in their marriage is just what they need to bring them back together again.
