Carl hosts Steve's weekend long 21st birthday bash on the ship Queen Mary in Long Beach, where the music group "The Goo Goo Dolls" entertains. Carl then asks Steve a favor: to have a chance with Clare who he has had a crush on. David and Donna grow more intimate while their producer Erik, makes a move on Donna and other women as well. Andrea Zuckerman arrives in town to have fun at Steve's party, and Nat brings Joan along who keeps feeling unwell. Meanwhile, Valerie hires an FBI agent, named Richard Ballen, to find Colin who's in the area trying to get access on a ship to take him to South America. Also, Susan tells Brandon that she has decided to leave town to accept a job offer at a newspaper company in Washington D.C. which makes him wonder if he has a future with Susan after all. Written by
[Walsh house listening to Jonesy's message]
Sorry, I heard Jonesy's voice and had to hear the Pearls of Wisdom.
Did you know Dylan was in London?
News to me. Brenda didn't say anything.

Steve's birthday was pretty great. He is lucky that that prince is in love with Clare. Such a great location. And besides that it was fun for the fans to see the video with the Walsh's and also to see Andrea again!. We also got the message from Dylan. And find out that he is in London, looks like together with Brenda. I just don't get why there was no message from Brenda?. Also wonder why they didn't have a video message from Dylan, as in did Luke Perry refuse to be part of the show?.
Also I must say it is kind of weird that they are that young. I mean, Steve can just now start legally drinking and he was already the "adult" who is all responsible about alcohol and keeps his younger brothers from it.
