Storyline

Kelly's disapproval of her mother's return to modeling increases when she learns that her baby sister Erin is involved. Meanwhile, the Walshes finally learn that Dylan is broke when the proposed Peach Pit expansion leads to an exposure of his finances. Valerie, still smearing with both anger and pity after catching Dylan cheating on her, confirms to them that Dylan is bankrupt. Jim then offers Dylan financial assistance. But the growingly misanthropic Dylan is too far gone to accept any sympathy and rudely blows off Jim. While Donna has trouble balancing the affections of both Griffin and Ray, she sees Griffin's sleazy other side when he whisks her away for an overnight trip to Catalina Island and attempts to seduce her. David's love experiment by handcuffing himself to Clare's bed to win her affections backfires when her father shows up and takes her out to dinner, leaving David alone. The next morning, when Steve and David come over to Dylan's house to talk about the Peach Pit After... Written by Anonymous

Valerie Malone: Are you alone? 'Cause if you're not, I'll go.
Dylan McKay: What if I am? Will you still go?
Valerie Malone: Look, I just want to talk to you.
Dylan McKay: I think you've done enough talkin' lately.
Valerie Malone: I don't know what you mean.
Dylan McKay: I mean, I got a visit today from Jim Walsh I could live without. He showed up at the Peach Pit claiming to know all about my financial situation.
Valerie Malone: Could I help it if he got a fax about you and started nosing around?
Dylan McKay: You don't have to give me crap about a fax. I know you told him that I'm broke, after you promised ...

Who's Zoomin' Who? (#5.7)
30 November 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

This was a pretty good episode. My favorite thing was of course David's story. Him handcuffing himself was great. But Clare's father coming and how she did hide him on her bed while showing her dad the room was just hilarious. Same as his reaction to Donna coming and leaving as well as his conversation with Steve in the car.

Dylan and Valerie also had a great scene. One can see that they both really can understand each other right now. Steve finding her there and kicking Dylan in the face was also a great ending for the episode.

Kelly and Jackie's story was also good. Nice that they got Kelly admit that she was exaggerating, and also the motifs of her and Jackie were very believable. I really don't think Jackie would have to worry about being seen as an older woman if not her short hair cut.
