Storyline

While serving his detention, Steve meets Joe, a trouble-making punk among the rough crowd who takes him and Brandon out that night to bet on hot-rod racing, despite Dylan's cautious warnings. Things take a turn when Brandon suspects the opposing driver as the hit-and-run driver that hit Andrea. Meanwhile, Brenda and Kelly go out on a blind double-date with two kids from Princeton (junior high school), and David gets radio competition from Donna in between his DJ work and relentless studying for early graduation. The Game Is Chicken (#3.17)
5 November 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

In this episode all 3 story lines are very well done and fun to watch.

David having to study and Donna taking over the radio was really funny. Loved how she was acting and how he was annoyed at first. I also really love that the two of them will now be a team on the radio, I am sure this will make it even funner.

The double date of Brenda and Kelly was also perfect. They even got Seth Green. Loved the scene where the two boys were playing in the arcade ignoring their dates and ended up passing level 10 which they said was the last one.

The story about the car racing was also good. Especially because they caught the guy who ran over Andrea. I somehow wasn't expecting that to happen.
