Storyline

During Presidents' Weekend, the gang goes to Palm Springs, where Dylan and Brenda plan to meet at a hotel for some time alone. But Brenda forgets the name of the hotel where she's supposed to meet Dylan. Meanwhile, David, wanting to fit in with the gang, ditches Scott and their trip to Magic Mountain to take Steve, Kelly and Donna to his grandparents' house, which is supposed to be empty. And Brandon stays home to help Nat at the Peach Pit, and discovers a secret that an apparently sarcastic boy named Curtis has been hiding. Written by margaritarussa

A Fling in Palm Springs (#1.14)

Well an episode with more David is also more fun. I hope they learn it soon and we will have more of him. I just loved it how he was talking about being cool like Johnny Depp. And them hanging out with his grandparents was also good. Oh those kids always being embarrassed by relatives. And his grandparents really are cool, I want to be like that when I am their age. Good that he figured out the greatness of his grandparent fast enough.

The story about the little Curtis was also good. First, he was a fun kid, especially his conversation with Andrea. Even though his story is pretty sad. And those friendship bracelets! So 90's!
