Anachronisms

Sharon steals the heavy raider which fits all of the resistance fighters when they escape from the hospital. At the end, Kara leaves Sam and the resistance behind, promising to return for them, yet there is clearly enough room in the raider for all of them.

Continuity

The shot where the ships jump to Kobol has been re-used from the miniseries, which shouldn't be that much of a problem. However, you can see the Astral Queen jumping away in the top right corner again, few minutes as she jumps to Kobol, as we hear it from Lt. Gaeta in the previous scene.

Twenty four ships jump away to Kobol. Tigh states that this is nearly a third of the fleet, which would mean there are more than 72 ships, yet in the miniseries, there are close to 60.

Errors in geography

When Kara sees Six and Simon in the hospital, she returns to her room. It is the third door on the left, with doors leading up to it, thus placing it in the middle of the building in a row of rooms. When she opens the door into the room, there are windows on the wall to the left. There should be a room there.

Revealing mistakes

When Adama goes to see her corpse in the morgue, the second time we see Sharon's body (the longest shot of her) her eyes can be seen moving under their lids, as can the lids of the farthest eye from the camera.
