When Pegasus attacks the two base ships, they fire back. We see a shot on the bridge, reacting to an explosion. Adama and Tigh are clearly visible on the right.
As the Pegasus is approaching the three Cylon base ships, the scanner shows two ships, immediately followed by a shot of all three ships in close formation.
When Cassiopeia says she's going on the mission, Starbuck is standing in front of a beam. In the next shot he is standing with Boomer at the open hatch to the shuttle.
At just before halfway through the episode when Starbuck steps forward to address Sheba face to face, his blaster belt goes from over his shoulder to neatly folded and held at his hip quicker than he could have done it in the real-time of the scene.
When Baltar's fighter moves to avoid being hit by the Pegasus, the image of the battlestar is reversed. In freeze frame, the nameplate is backwards.
The large cannons that defend the Cylon Basestars from Apollo and Starbuck's close range Viper attack are reused footage of the cannons on the Galactica.
The missiles being loaded/launched on the Pegasus are footage of a real life rocket launch, and the same piece of film is reused several times in a row. After, it is clearly a large laser shown firing (stock footage) instead of a missile which was the weapon that was supposed to have been used.
Part of the explosions on board the Galactica are obviously stock footage that was shot with anamorphic lenses and not properly desqueezed for the series' 1.35:1 aspect ratio, which is apparent from the fireballs' elongated appearance.
When the strike team first parachutes onto Gamoray, they regroup in front of a large windowed building. Looking closely through the glass, its clear this "Cylon" building is actually some type of college dining hall with office doors, chairs, tables, as well as what looks like a vending machine and a fire extinguisher. This is since the scene was shot on the campus of the University of California at Northridge.
Commander Adama says, "All we can hope to gain from Gamoray is the fuel we need to elude those base-ships." However, his lips say, "base-stars." The exact same mistake is made with Apollo when he says, "They'll send those base-ships after us..." when his lips say, "base-stars."
