Storyline

The mysterious Ship of Lights reappears, hijacks Apollo and his viper in space and sends him on a quest to save the planet Terra during peace negotiations with the Eastern Alliance. 'Richard Hatch (I)' voiced his concern about his character Apollo being so square and Starbuck being the focus of the majority of episodes to story editors Jim Carlson and Terrence McDonnell. They promptly reversed the names of the main characters in the second draft of 'Experiment in Terra', turning yet another Starbuck adventure into an Apollo story. See more »

Goofs

Despite saying several times that he has no body and being told by Starbuck the Starbuck would walk "straight through" him (presumably because of his insubstantiality), John nevertheless places his hand squarely and firmly on Apollo's shoulder as they walk down the street together at the end of the episode.
