*** This review may contain spoilers ***

Well, it appears the animators once again modeled Penguin after Danny DeVito, although unlike Penguin in "Batman: The Animated Series", this version of him has more of a character. If you ask me, the Penguin from the first series was rather bland, he might've been in some good episodes, but there wasn't any episode where I considered him a relatable character. He might not be relatable here, but at least he has motives. He comes off as more egotistical, more of a slob, and strangely enough, more enjoyable. Tom Kenny doing the voice of him doesn't hurt either. Also it's about time a Batman series mentioned that Penguin came from a wealthy family and squandered all his cash. You'd think another series would've at least mentioned that by now.
