Ubu: [Batman, in disguise, fights Ubu and knocks him to the ground, keeping him there with multiple punches. Batman is then restrained by several of Ra's Al Ghul's henchmen. Ubu grunts as he stands back up] For this indignity I will see you suffer!

Ra's Al Ghul: Enough! What is the meaning of this disturbance, Ubu?

Batman meets mass murder
6 July 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Well, I'd say Ra's certainly wins in terms of attempted body count. His master plan would have killed over 2 billion people. Wasn't that like a third of the population of Earth when this aired. That's crazy. And all to build a utopia with him as the ruler, or essentially press the "Reset" button. If you thought Poison Ivy was an Eco-terrorist, then Ra's must be her dad. This show's covered some dark stuff, but the death of 2 billion people, that unheard of in shows like this. Oh course his plan doesn't work, but just the thought of doing that is crazy. I like this better than "Part 1", but not enough to rate it a 10. Compared to other "Part 2" episodes like "Feat of Clay Part 2" and "Heart of Steel Part 2", this just lacks the satisfaction. The episode ends on a final note, with Ra's falling into the Lazarus Pit, but you see him crawl out at the end, so it seems kind of unnecessary for him to have a "death scene". Regardless, it's a very good conclusion to the story.
